Ghost/ 27.11.19

Ghost is a minimal, quite piece. Thin paint creates an abstracted, atmospheric background, whilst the three brush strokes representing trees give structure and figurative shape to the painting. I like this minimal effect and the play on how little needs to be painted in gesturally to achieve a recognisable image.
